Outdoor Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga features a slower flow with breath coordination, focusing on balance and alignment, and flexibility. It promotes relaxation and calmness and the added sounds of nature in the great outdoors. No experience needed-modifications are provided. Note: This is not chair yoga, please bring your yoga mat. Please register for each event you plan to attend.
