This six-week program is for anyone who suffers from insomnia, including those who have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, or those who do not feel rested after a full night of sleep. Topics discussed include how to keep a sleep diary, healthy sleep practices, understanding the impact of thoughts on sleep, and relaxation strategies.
