MicroStretching- Upper Body
Microstretching is a series of light stretches. It is designed to activate the body's natural healing abilities and increase flexibility. MicroStretching is gentle and relaxing and can reduce stress and tension, decrease pain and improve sleep. In this workshop you will learn MicroStretching techniques and the possible benefits of this exercise. Sessions will be divided up between upper body and lower body. Come to one or all of them for a whole-body stretching experience!
