CBT: The Basics
This two-day workshop introduces the basics of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help participants manage their emotions. Through interactive activities, participants will learn how thoughts influence emotions and behaviour’s, identify thought patterns and practice reframing negative self-talk.
