Gentle Outdoor Yoga

Stretch, breathe and relax with outdoor gentle yoga! This calming practice is for all levels and is set in nature. This slow paced class focuses on gentle movement, mindful breathing and relaxation. Enjoy the fresh air while supporting flexibility, balance and overall well being. Please bring your own mat. Space is limited, please register for each week you plan to attend.
