Mindfulness Mini-Series
The Mindfulness Mini-Series is made up of four workshops led by the SGBCHC's registered social worker. Using a gentle, nurturing lens, participants will learn how to become aware of their thoughts, feelings, sensations, and surrounding environment. They will also practice positive coping skills that can be incorporated into everyday situations to bring a sense of calm throughout the day. This inclusive group is open to everyone, regardless of previous mindfulness experience. We encourage participants to register for all four sessions if they can.
