Mindfulness Mini Series

Mindfulness mini-series groups are about learning to become self-aware of your mental health and physical capacity we encounter within our daily lives. Group members will learn to become aware of their thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and surrounding environment, though a gentle, nurturing lens. Participants will also learn positive coping mechanisms to utilize to help ease the body and mind. With self-reflection and deep breathing techniques, participants will focus more on the present moment rather than strong emphasis on the past or future.

Participants can register for one or all of the workshops in the series. The workshops are offered in person and online.
