All of our programs are free of charge and open to everyone in the community. If you have issues accessing these programs such as transportation, physical or language barriers, please let our program staff know and we will work with you to eliminate this barrier. MotherCare and Next Step
MotherCare is a friendly and supportive drop-in environment for pregnant women and new babies up to 8 weeks. The program promotes healthy pregnancies by providing support and information on a wide-range of relevant issues such as breast-feeding, health, pre and postnatal nutrition and community resources. In addition, free milk, nutritious foods, and prenatal vitamins are provided.
Next Step is a continuation of the MotherCare program and addresses an identified gap in services for at-risk women and children between the ages of 9 weeks and 36 months. The program supports healthy families by providing nutrition, health, parenting and child development information and resources for women. Free milk and nutritious foods are also provided. Free transportation is provided to those who require it.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an evidence-based workshop that offers the skills and tools for taking care of yourself while also caring for someone else. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you will be a better caregiver. This workshop runs once a week for 6 weeks and is led by trained facilitators.
