*Virtual MotherCare and Next Step

MotherCare is a friendly and supportive drop-in environment for pregnant women and new babies up to 8 weeks. The program promotes healthy pregnancies by providing support and information on a wide-range of relevant issues such as breast-feeding, health, pre and postnatal nutrition and community resources. In addition, free milk, nutritious foods, and prenatal vitamins are provided.

Next Step is a continuation of the MotherCare program and addresses an identified gap in services for at-risk women and children between the ages of 9 weeks and 36 months. The program supports healthy families by providing nutrition, health, parenting and child development information and resources for women. Free milk and nutritious foods are also provided. Free transportation is provided to those who require it.
