We understand just how busy your day can be. As part of our commitment to improve the delivery of your healthcare, we are piloting a new online appointment booking system for primary care services listed below.
This service is available 24/7 through OCEAN, a secure and confidential portal integrated into our electronic medical records (EMR). The online booking system should NOT be used for a medical emergency. Should you require immediate attention, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
Booking Your Appointment
You may book an appointment for primary healthcare services by simply clicking on the BOOK NOW link below. If you do not see an available appointment, or if the type of appointment you require is not available, please call the SGBCHC reception at 705-422-1888. At this time, only in-person appointments (new concern or follow-up) can booked online.
IMPORTANT: Please add the reason for booking the appointment in the space provided.
When booking online, please remember:
- • One person per booked appointment: We cannot accommodate add-ons, for example a spouse being seen at the same time. Please book one person per appointment slot only.
- • Book under the patient being seen: Book under the child, not the parent, if the appointment is for the child.
Primary Care Providers
If you are a client of Carolyn, Laura, Carissa, Dr. Byron, Dr. Harbinson or Dr. Westerink, you may book a primary care appointment here: BOOK NOW.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call the office at least 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment time or click on the Cancel/Reschedule link in the email confirmation you received at the time of booking.
